This Junmai Daiginjo uses 100% contract famed Yamada Nishiki rice, from Hyogo Prefecture’s Yokawa “Special A” District. This special sake can be considered the
“face” of Hyakumoku. The fruity aroma is refreshing and expansive. The elegant sweetness and lively acidity give way to a pleasantly biting, trailing note connected to a clean finish.
