Ubusuna Homase Yonnoujo - 720ml

This rare and remarkable sake, revived only in recent years, is brewed with Homase, an heirloom rice strain native to Kumamoto and dating back to the Edo period. Grown organically on the brewery’s own fields and by farmers along the Kikuchi River basin, it embodies the spirit of the land.

Aromas of ripe banana and pineapple unfold gracefully, while layers of flavor, shaped by the region’s natural environment and a rich tapestry of native microorganisms, intertwine in a beautifully complex, harmonious expression.
