The classical Yamahai brewing method makes Tamanohikari Yamahai a distinct Sake. The secret lies in their 100+ year old Kura brewery, where Sake fermenting spores settle naturally. The Yamahai brewing process takes 30 days to complete twice as long as any conventional process. For full enjoyment, serve at room temperature or slightly warmed to no higher than 104 degrees F. Tamanohikari Yamahai can also be chilled and enjoyed on the rocks!
